My new toy
Lately, I have been playing with this r/c helicopter I bought from buy.com. It's a fun toy; not much control beside up and down, but what do you want for $16 including free shipping? It terrorizes the cat, which is one of my goals.
Last year, I bought one from Brookstone for about $35, and it melted the second time I charged it. Luckily, I got my money back.

ha -- i bought 3 of these from buy.com (with free shipping too!). thought they'd each take a day to burn out -- but the first one is still going. but they are friggin TINY and light and they don't move too well horizontally. thinking about this air hog: http://www.buy.com/prod/air-hogs-r-c-storm-launcher-mini-black-and-yellow-winter-clearance/q/loc/20269/205561941.html
